Loopa Premium is sold in two shapes.

Both plans are the same app. Loopa Premium Family is not a bigger version of
Premium — it is the same Premium, for more people.

## What the family plan adds

- **Premium for up to six people**, through a Loopa Family Group. The organizer
  invites up to five others; each of them gets the full app.
- **It works on Android.** A Loopa Family Group is ours rather than a store
  feature, which is why it reaches an Android phone.
- **The shared pantry**, so the household's meal plans and shopping lists come
  out of one cupboard.

At six people, $119.99 a year works out at about $20.00 each.

## What the single-person plan does

Everything Premium does, for you. It does not extend to a Family Group. You can
still create a group and share the pantry with it — only Premium stops at you.

## If you were already a member before 16 August 2026

**Your coverage does not change, and it cannot be taken back.**

Before that date there was one Premium plan, and it was sold as covering up to
six people. Everyone holding an active subscription on the day the plans split
keeps that: your existing subscription still covers your Family Group, at the
price you are already paying, for as long as you keep it. Renewals do not
change it.

You do not need to do anything, and you do not need to buy the family plan to
keep what you already have.

## Changing plans

**From Premium to Premium Family** takes effect immediately. On iPhone, Apple
credits the unused part of your current plan and charges the difference. On
Android, Google Play converts the time you have already paid for into time on
the new plan, so nothing is charged that day and your renewal date moves to
match.

**From monthly to yearly**, within either plan, takes effect at your next
renewal date. Your current month is not cut short and not credited: you keep
every day you have paid for, and the year starts when it ends.

**From Premium Family back to Premium** takes effect at your next renewal, so
your household keeps the coverage it was promised until the period you paid for
actually ends.

All of this is handled by the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel a
subscription there — **Settings > your name > Subscriptions** on iPhone, or
**Play Store > Subscriptions** on Android.

## The limits, said plainly

- **Six is a real ceiling**, and pending invitations count against it until they
  are accepted or expire.
- **Apple Family Sharing is switched off on every Loopa product** and stays off.
  A Loopa Family Group is the only route by which Premium reaches another person,
  which is what lets it cover an Android phone.
- **The single-person plan does not propagate**, however many people are in
  your group.
- **Everyone in a group needs their own Loopa account and must be 18 or older.**
  The group creates no accounts and cannot cover a child.
