# mobieusHealth

mobieusHealth is a private health & nutrition tracker your members can use right inside your community. Members find it as **Health & Weight Tracker** in their menu. Everything a member logs is encrypted and personal — only they can see their own numbers, never other members and never community admins.

## What members can track

- **Food & macros** — log meals and see the day's calories, protein, carbs, and fat against personal targets. Recent foods are one tap to re-add, and an AI assistant can suggest a meal that fits what's left for the day.
- **Weight** — log weigh-ins and watch the trend.
- **Water** — quick-add through the day toward a hydration goal.
- **Vitals** — blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, and sleep, each with its own trend.
- **Body measurements** — waist, hips, and the rest, plus a body-fat estimate.
- **Activity** — steps, active minutes, and calories burned.
- **Supplements** — a personal supplement list with a daily check-off.
- **Cycle** — optional menstrual-cycle tracking, off unless the member turns it on.
- **Goals** — members set their own targets; the dashboard shows progress and an estimated date to reach them.

The dashboard pulls it together: today's intake, goal progress, a seven-day average, milestones, and trends.

## Privacy

Health data is sensitive, so mobieusHealth encrypts every entry at rest with a key unique to each member. Community admins manage who has access, but they cannot see any member's individual readings — only the member sees their own data. If a member deletes their account, their health data is cryptographically destroyed along with it.

## The AI assistant

When your community has mobieusAI turned on, members can ask for a meal suggestion that fits their remaining targets for the day. A member's "never eat" list — allergies and foods they avoid — is always respected: it's enforced before a suggestion is made and double-checked against the result, down to ingredient derivatives. With mobieusAI off, no health data ever leaves your community.

## Reminders, export, and import

Members get a gentle daily nudge if they haven't logged that day. They can export everything to CSV at any time, and import food data to get started quickly.

## For community admins

mobieusHealth is a paid add-on. Before you can turn it on, your community needs two things in place:

1. **Live Stripe** — mobieusHealth is sold through your own Stripe account, so your community must be live on Stripe with live keys.
2. **mobieusAI** — the meal assistant relies on mobieusAI, so it has to be enabled.

With both ready, open **Admin → mobieusHealth**, review and accept the Operator Agreement, and enable it. On enable you (the owner) get complimentary access, and a private **mobieusHealth** community forum is created for your members.

You choose how members get access: free to everyone, or paid through your Stripe — monthly, or prepaid for 3, 6, or 12 months, at a price you set. Mobieus collects a graduated per-seat wholesale from you for active seats; the exact rates are in the Operator Agreement you accept on enable.

Access to the tracker and the private forum is tied to an active seat: if a member's paid access lapses or they cancel, they lose both automatically.
