Everything a member logs is encrypted and personal. Only they can see their own numbers, never other members and never community admins.
## What members can track
+
- **Food & macros** — search a built-in food database and log a meal in a tap, see the day's calories, protein, carbs, and fat against personal targets, and re-add recent foods instantly. No barcode handy? Describe a food in plain words and the AI **estimates the macros** for you to confirm. Members can also keep a list of foods they have on hand.
+
- **Weight** — log weigh-ins and watch the trend.
+
- **Water** — quick-add through the day toward a hydration goal.
+
- **Vitals** — blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose (with fasting/post-meal context), and sleep, each with its own trend.
+
- **Body measurements** — waist, hips, and the rest, plus a body-fat estimate.
+
- **Activity** — steps, active minutes, calories burned, and individual workout sessions.
+
- **Supplements** — a personal supplement list with a daily check-off.
+
- **Cycle** — optional menstrual-cycle tracking, off unless the member turns it on.
+
- **Goals** — members set their own targets; the dashboard shows progress and an estimated date to reach them.
+
- **Progress photos** — front, side, and back photos to see change over time.
−
- **Food & macros.** Search a database of millions of foods and log a meal in a tap, see the day's calories, protein, carbs, and fat against personal targets, and re-add recent foods instantly. When a search for a branded or restaurant item comes up short, results are topped up automatically from **expanded branded & restaurant food coverage** (chain-menu and packaged items the core database may not carry), so what you're looking for is more likely to be there. Log one and it's saved to your own foods (deduplicated), a one-tap re-log next time. On your phone you can **scan a packaged food's barcode** to log it (point the camera and it reads on the spot, no photo to take), or describe a food in plain words and the AI **estimates the macros** for you to confirm. Members can also keep a list of foods they have on hand. The tracker also **remembers the portion you actually use** for each food. If you always have 200g of chicken, that amount comes back next time instead of the database default. It stays private to your account and never changes the shared food database. And a **saved meal can declare how many servings it makes**, so a batch you cooked for four can be logged as one portion rather than the whole tray; meals saved before this keep behaving exactly as they did.
−
- **Micronutrients.** Beyond calories and macros, mobieusHealth counts the vitamins and minerals in the foods you log and shows a **daily completeness score** against age- and sex-based targets, so you can spot the gaps and fill them. Values fill in as you log foods that carry them. Members on blood thinners also see a Vitamin K note, since it interacts with INR. With mobieusAI on, an Estimate my day review reads the foods you logged, estimates the fuller vitamin and mineral picture including foods the database cannot match, shows each against a rough daily target, flags what is likely low or running high, and suggests foods to fill the gaps. It weighs your health context, medicines, food preferences, and calorie and macro targets, so its suggestions fit your plan and never work against a condition or medication, and the estimate is logged into your daily nutrient totals so your completeness score, per-nutrient bars, and trends all reflect it. Estimates from your food log, not lab values. This is a wellness tracker, not medical advice.
−
- **Weight.** Log weigh-ins and watch the trend.
−
- **Water.** Quick-add through the day toward a hydration goal.
−
- **Vitals.** Blood pressure, heart rate, sleep, energy, and mood, each with its own trend. Take a reading more than once a day, since blood pressure and glucose often get checked several times, and log each one with its time. The day's readings show at a glance, and every reading appears on your trends.
−
- **INR & blood glucose.** Optional trackers you switch on in Health settings. Log your INR, the blood-thinner clotting measure, or your blood glucose with fasting or post-meal context. Set a personal INR target range and your dashboard flags your latest reading as in range, below, or above target, with the target band drawn on your trends chart. This is a wellness tracker, not medical advice.
−
- **Body measurements.** Waist, hips, and the rest, plus a body-fat estimate.
−
- **Activity.** Steps, active minutes, calories burned, and individual workout sessions.
−
- **Intermittent fasting.** An optional fasting timer with the schedules people actually use: 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, or a custom target. Start a fast, watch the countdown and your stage progress, and log each one. With mobieusAI on, an AI fasting coach answers "which fast fits you?" It reviews your own history, vitals, weight, health context, and how far you are from your goal, then recommends the one schedule best matched to you (16:8, 18:6, OMAD/20:4, or 5:2) with a couple of gentler alternatives, the reasoning, what to expect, and clear cautions. Safety comes first: if fasting isn't a good idea for you right now, it will say "not right now" and point you to your doctor or a dietitian instead. General wellness guidance, never medical advice. If your community runs a fasting leaderboard, you appear on it **only if you opt in**. There's a switch in Health settings, and it's off unless you turn it on.
−
- **Supplements.** A personal supplement list with a daily check-off. Each entry is structured the way a pharmacist reads a label: an amount, a unit (mg, mcg, IU, mEq, tablet, and so on), and a frequency. With mobieusAI on, a safety check reviews your supplements alongside the medicines and conditions you have noted and flags any pairing worth raising with a pharmacist or clinician, and points out any medication or supplement name that looks misspelled with a suggested correction. A heads-up, never a diagnosis or a dose.
−
- **Cycle.** Optional menstrual-cycle tracking, off unless the member turns it on.
−
- **H³, the Healthy Habit Helper.** An AI-coached habit-formation tool, not a static numeric goal tracker. A guided wizard turns something you want to change into a small, cue-anchored replacement habit with 1 to 10 micro-goals, then tracks it toward automaticity, the point it becomes second nature. Up to 5 active habits at a time. More below.
−
- **Progress photos.** Front, side, and back photos to see change over time.
−
−
## Choosing what you track
−
−
You choose which trackers to use. In Health settings, switch a tracker on or off, and your dashboard and logs show only what you track. Turn off Vitals or Goals, for example, and those sections drop off your dashboard. Most trackers are on by default; Cycle, INR, blood glucose, and the fasting timer stay off until you turn them on. You can also add optional health context, the conditions and medicines you want the advisors to know about, in Health settings; the AI fasting, supplement, and nutrient tools use it to flag anything relevant and point you back to your clinician. It stays encrypted and private like everything else.
−
−
## Diet styles and macro targets
−
−
Pick a diet style and mobieusHealth sets your starting calorie and macro targets for you. Adjust any target, or choose Custom to set your own. Change your diet style any time in Health settings, or when you first set up the tracker.
−
−
Available styles: Keto, Paleo, Low carb, High protein, Low calorie, Vegan, Vegetarian, Mediterranean, DASH (heart & blood pressure), Heart-healthy (low cholesterol), Low sodium, and Custom.
−
−
Pick Vegan or Vegetarian and your meal suggestions follow the rules. Vegan leaves out all animal products, including dairy and eggs. Vegetarian leaves out meat and fish but keeps dairy and eggs.
−
−
### Cycling your calories across the week
−
−
One target for every day doesn't match how most people eat. In Health settings you can switch on **calorie cycling** and give each weekday its own multiplier (training days and weekends higher, quieter days lower), either from a pattern (weekends higher, training days Mon/Wed/Fri, one bigger day, or flat) or by setting each day yourself.
−
−
The rule the tracker holds to is that **your week still totals the same**. Multipliers are rebalanced when you save so the seven days average out to your normal target: raise Saturday and the other days come down to pay for it. Each day's resulting calories are shown under the field before you save, and days are capped between 0.80x and 1.25x so no day drops below what your protein target needs. Members with cycling off see a flat target exactly as before.
## Meal planning and shopping lists
Members can build a multi-day meal plan that fits their targets, generated a day at a time so each day balances out. A planned day can be logged in one step, the plan can be downloaded, and mobieusHealth turns the plan into a **shopping list** so the week's groceries are ready to go.
## Photos from your phone

Two kinds of photo capture hand off from the desktop to a phone with a **QR code**. No app to install. Scan the code and the phone opens a capture page:
+
- **Meal photo** — snap a plate and the AI estimates what's on it and its macros, ready to log.
+
- **Progress photos** — take front, side, and back shots (or pick existing ones) and they upload straight back to the tracker.
−
- **Meal photo.** A live camera opens right on the page; one tap captures the shot and sends it, and the AI estimates what's on it and its macros, ready to log. You can also **scan a packaged food's barcode** here and log it as a meal or snack, with manual entry as a fallback. Scanning also recognizes **supplement bottles**. Scan your vitamin D and you get the label from the national supplement database, ready to add to your supplements rather than your food log. Products that genuinely contain no calories, like a diet drink, scan as zero rather than reporting "not found"; because a label reading zero and a missing label look identical to a database, the tracker shows you what it found and asks you to confirm before it logs.
−
- **Progress photos.** Take front, side, and back shots (or pick existing ones) and they send straight back to the tracker in the same tap. Your previous photo for that angle shows as a faint guide over the live camera while you shoot, so you can match your framing.
−
−
## Use it on your phone
−
−
mobieusHealth works on your phone across every page. Log food, weight, vitals, activity, water, and more on the go, and log a meal from a plate photo in one tap. The camera opens on the page, and the shot sends itself.
−
−
## Editing your history: back-dating and deleting entries
−
−
Every tracker has a date navigator (previous / next / Today, plus a date picker) so you can log a day you missed, up to 30 days back, on your phone or on desktop. That covers weight, vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, sleep, energy, mood, INR, glucose), water, supplements, measurements, food, and activity. The same 30-day window applies to deleting: remove any log entry from the last 30 days, whether that is a single reading, a whole day's activity, or just a day's step count while keeping its logged workouts. Deleting always asks first, through mobieusHealth's own themed confirmation, never your browser's plain dialog box.
## The dashboard, trends, and forecasts
+
The dashboard is a command center: today's intake versus goals, vitals at a glance, the weight trend, goal progress, recent entries, and milestones. **Trends** charts every metric over time, and **Forecast** projects where current habits are heading — including an estimated date to reach a goal. With mobieusAI on, **Analyze my day** reads the day's entries and gives a short, plain-language read on how it went.
−
The dashboard is a command center: today's intake versus goals, vitals at a glance, the weight trend, goal progress, and recent entries. It also works in **net calories**. Log a workout and the calories you burn add back to your food budget for the day, so an active day earns you more room to eat. A **logging streak** and **29 achievements** (milestones for logging, keeping streaks, and hitting macro goals) keep momentum visible. **Trends** charts every metric over time, and **Forecast** projects where current habits are heading, including an estimated date to reach a goal. With mobieusAI on, **Analyze my day** reads the day's entries and gives a short, plain-language read on how it went, and once a week a **weekly insight** reviews your trailing month of food, weight, activity, and vitals and surfaces a few short takeaways on what's working and what to watch. This is a wellness tracker, not medical advice.
## The AI assistant
+
When your community has mobieusAI turned on, members get real help, not just numbers. Ask for a meal that fits the targets left for the day and mobieusHealth offers a few ways to go — a full recipe, something to drop straight into the plan, or an idea built from what's already on hand. A member's "never eat" list — allergies and foods they avoid — is always respected: it's enforced before a suggestion is made and double-checked against the result, down to ingredient derivatives. With mobieusAI off, no health data ever leaves your community.

## More AI helpers
−
−
With mobieusAI on, members get more than meal ideas:
−
−
- **Help Me.** A warm, crisis-aware life coach for a weak moment. It reviews a member's own progress and offers concrete ways past a temptation, asking at most a few questions before a suggestion. It screens every message for self-harm language and, on a serious signal, responds with real crisis resources instead of coach talk. A wellness feature, not a crisis service. See [mobieusHealth: Help Me coach](/know/mobieushealth-help-me-coach).
−
- **Describe & voice logging.** A member says or types a whole meal ("two eggs, toast and a black coffee") and mobieusHealth parses it into foods to confirm and log. See [mobieusHealth: describe and voice logging](/know/mobieushealth-describe-and-voice-logging).
−
- **Eating out.** Tell it where you're eating (or paste the menu) for a few on-plan orders, screened against the never-eat list. See [mobieusHealth: eating out](/know/mobieushealth-eating-out).
−
- **Activity suggestions.** Five personalized, contraindication-aware things to do today, each logged in a tap. See [mobieusHealth: activity suggestions](/know/mobieushealth-activity-suggestions).
−
- **Food data quality.** A one-time AI sanity check on each food's serving and macros, with a member "Report incorrect data" control that re-checks the food and escalates it to you. See [mobieusHealth: food data quality](/know/mobieushealth-food-data-quality).
−
−
## H³, the Healthy Habit Helper
−
−
Find it as **H³** in the health menu (`/health/habits`). It replaced the old Goals page, which now forwards there automatically. H³ is built on Lally et al.'s 2010 habit-formation research: habits form through consistent, cue-linked repetition, a missed day rarely matters, and automaticity typically plateaus around 66 days.
−
−
**Getting started.** With mobieusAI on, a guided interrogative wizard asks a few plain questions, one at a time: what you actually want (the outcome), what you do now and what it gives you (the current behavior and its reward), when and where it happens (the cue). It then proposes a replacement habit anchored to that same cue, broken into 1 to 10 tiny, cue-anchored micro-goals ("after I ___, I will ___"). You confirm the plan and 1 to 3 micro-goals start active so you're not overwhelmed; add more later. H³ works fully by manual entry too. Build a habit, its cue, and its micro-goals yourself, with mobieusAI off, no BYOK key configured, or if the AI is unavailable for any reason.
−
−
**Tracking.** Check off a habit (or a specific micro-goal) as done for the day, and rate how automatic it felt from 1 to 5 whenever you like. Each habit gets its own automaticity curve toward the ~66-day plateau, and a 14-day trajectory strip. A missed day shows as a gap, never a broken streak. H³ treats a miss as part of the normal trajectory, not a failure.
−
−
**Ask "How am I doing?"** With mobieusAI on, request a progress-coaching note any time: a short, honest read on where a habit sits on its curve, one concrete next step, and never a diagnosis or treatment suggestion. Non-clinical throughout. H³ never diagnoses or treats, and if your own words touch on something like disordered eating or substance use, the AI may gently suggest looping in a professional, never alarming, never required.
−
−
**Habit lifecycle.** Up to 5 habits **Active** at once. **Pause** one any time to free a slot without losing its history. A paused habit doesn't count against the 5. **Archive** it manually, or **graduate** it once it has plateaued (H³ marks it graduated and archives it, freeing the slot. Mastered, not just shelved.). **Delete** removes a habit, recoverable the same way as any other mobieusHealth entry, within the usual 30-day window. None of this is medical advice; H³ is a wellness and habit-formation tool.
−
−
## Share a report with your clinician
−
−
From the Report page, a member can build a report to share with a doctor or care team. Pick a window (the last 30, 60, 90 days, 6 months, or a year) and mobieusHealth lays out the latest vitals against normal ranges, trend charts for weight, blood pressure, glucose, sleep, mood, and feeling (energy), a "worth discussing" section that flags anything out of range, the member's goals, and any notes from the AI advisors. The report generates on demand, downloads straight to the member's device, and is never stored on our servers. It prints cleanly on standard letter paper, and carries a clear line that it is a wellness summary from mobieusAI, not a medical evaluation, and should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition.
## Privacy
+
Health data is sensitive, so mobieusHealth encrypts every entry at rest with a key unique to each member. Community admins manage who has access, but they cannot see any member's individual readings — only the member sees their own data. If a member deletes their account, their health data is cryptographically destroyed along with it.

## Reminders, export, and import
+
Members get a gentle daily nudge if they haven't logged that day. They can export everything to CSV at any time, and import food data to get started quickly.

Members get a gentle daily nudge if they haven't logged that day, and can set their own **reminders** (to log a meal, drink water, take a supplement, or weigh in) at the times that fit their routine. They can export everything to CSV at any time, and bring data in from another app on desktop: a field-mapping wizard matches up the columns from a mobieusHealth export or from apps like Apple Health, MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, Fitbit, and Google Fit. Choose the CSV, match each column to weight, water, or a vitals field, confirm the units and date format, and preview a few rows before importing. On a phone, this section shows a note that import lives on the desktop site.
## Developer access
+
On Pro and higher plans, a member can read and log **their own** mobieusHealth data over the mobieusCore REST API — daily summary, weight, vitals, water, and activity. A key only ever sees its own owner's record; it can never read another member's health data. See [mobieusCore API — mobieusHealth](/know/api-health) for the endpoints and scopes.

## For community admins
mobieusHealth is a paid add-on. Before you can turn it on, your community needs two things in place:
+
1. **Live Stripe** — mobieusHealth is sold through your own Stripe account, so your community must be live on Stripe with live keys.
+
2. **mobieusAI** — the meal assistant, macro estimates, photo analysis, and "Analyze my day" rely on mobieusAI, so it has to be enabled.

2. **mobieusAI.** The meal assistant, macro estimates, photo analysis, and "Analyze my day" rely on mobieusAI, so it has to be enabled.
+
With both ready, open **Admin → mobieusHealth**, review and accept the Operator Agreement, and enable it. On enable you (the owner) get complimentary access, and a private **mobieusHealth** community forum is created for your members.
−
With both ready, open **Admin → mobieusHealth**, review and accept the Operator Agreement, and enable it. A private **mobieusHealth** community forum is created for your members when you enable it.
+
You choose how members get access: free to everyone, or paid through your Stripe — monthly, or prepaid for 3, 6, or 12 months, at a price you set. Mobieus collects a graduated per-seat wholesale from you for active seats; the exact rates are in the Operator Agreement you accept on enable.
−
### Pricing
+
Access to the tracker and the private forum is tied to an active seat: if a member's paid access lapses or they cancel, they lose both automatically.
−
Enabling mobieusHealth carries a one-time **$199 setup fee**, charged when you first turn it on. The fee is non-refundable. You also receive **one complimentary license** for your own use at no additional charge.
−
−
After that, mobieus.io bills you a graduated monthly wholesale rate based on your number of active clients:
−
−
| Active clients | Rate per client per month |
−
|---|---|
−
| 1 to 50 | $12 |
−
| 51 to 150 | $9 |
−
| 151 to 300 | $7 |
−
| 301 and above | $5 |
−
−
New clients are prorated for their first partial month. After that, billing runs monthly.
−
−
You set your own prices for your clients and collect payment through your own account. mobieus.io charges you the wholesale rate above; what you charge your clients is entirely your choice.
−
−
### Member access
−
−
You set member prices in **Admin → mobieusHealth**, and members pay through your own Stripe. Charge monthly, or prepaid for 3, 6, or 12 months, at prices you choose. Want it free for everyone? Pick **Free for all members**. Free is a choice you make, not a default.
−
−
Access to the tracker and the private forum is tied to an active seat. If a member's paid access lapses or they cancel, they lose both automatically.
−
−
### Give away the next N signups
−
−
Want to seed mobieusHealth fast? In **Admin → mobieusHealth**, set how many of your next signups get a free seat, and how long their free window runs: 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. The next members who start mobieusHealth get that window free.
−
−
When the count reaches 0, new signups pay your normal prices automatically. When a free member's window ends, they move to your normal prices or lose access, the same as any other member.
−
−
mobieus.io still bills you the per-seat wholesale rate for every giveaway seat. The seat is free to your member; you cover the wholesale cost.
−
−
### Reviewing flagged food data
−
−
When a member reports a food whose data looks wrong, it escalates to you. Review flagged foods at **Admin → mobieusHealth → food reports** (`/admin/health/reports`): each report shows the member's note and the outcome of an immediate AI re-check, and you resolve it (data fixed or accepted) or reject it (no change), with an optional note. The console is super-admin only, and every action is written to your audit log. See [mobieusHealth: food data quality](/know/mobieushealth-food-data-quality).
−
−
### Loopa Coach
−
−
An approved human coach can hold a roster of members inside your tenant: a private forum, a per-field view of what each client has chosen to share, short recommendations, and meal plans the member accepts or declines. Everything a coach sees is a category the member switched on themselves, and switching one off closes the history with it. Off by default; the feature flag is **Loopa Coach**. See [mobieusHealth: Loopa Coach](/know/mobieushealth-loopa-coach).
