Summary
Family meal sharing tickets: the conditions behind the share button and the Share with family? switch, reading a "logged but not shared" report back to a member, sharing a saved meal without logging it, and what to escalate
## What your coach knows about you
The mobieusHealth coach answers in your terms rather than in general, and it can only do that because of what you told it when you set up. This page is the plain answer to a fair question: what does it actually know, where did each piece come from, and how do you change or delete any of it.
## The short version
+ Everything your coach knows about you is something you typed or picked. Nothing is guessed, inferred from your behaviour, or written by the AI. You can read the whole list, and delete any part of it, whenever you like.

## What it holds
Beyond the numbers you log day to day, your coach is given the answers from your setup interview:
- **Why you are doing this**. The reason you picked, and anything you wrote in your own words. If you write your own, the coach quotes it back rather than paraphrasing it.
- **How you want to be coached**. Straight with you, gently, numbers first, or encouragement first. It follows this even when it would have said things differently.
- **What tends to get in the way**. Travel, shift work, stress, an injury. The coach plans around these rather than waiting for them to derail you.
- **What previous attempts taught us**. What you tried, roughly how many times, where it usually broke down, what got in the way, and what worked. This is what stops it cheerfully suggesting the exact thing that burned you out last time.
Your goal weight, pace, activity level, diet style and never-eat list are part of what it sees too, but those are plan settings. You change them in Health Settings, alongside the rest of your plan.

Every answer is labeled with its source and the date you gave it:
- **You told us at setup**, from the interview when you started.
- **You edited it** later, in Preferences or Health Settings.
- **You confirmed it in a chat with your coach**, described below.
Some older answers are dated *around* a day rather than on it. That is deliberate. We only began recording exact dates in August 2026, so anything from before then is dated from your account record. That is right to within a session for most people, and wrong for anyone who edited an answer later. We would rather say "around 3 March" than state a day we do not actually know.
## Why the dates matter
An answer you gave eighteen months ago is not the same kind of evidence as one you gave last week. Once an answer is more than six months old your coach stops treating it as certain and asks instead ("when you started you mentioned evening snacking, is that still the hard part?") rather than telling you about a commute you no longer have.
## The coach never saves anything on its own
+ If you mention something durable in a conversation (a new thing that gets in your way, or that you would rather be spoken to differently), the coach may offer to remember it. It shows you exactly what it would save and waits. Nothing is written unless you tap to confirm, and anything saved that way is labelled as having come from a chat.

It will not record a passing mood. "This week has been rough" is not a durable fact about you, and the coach is told not to treat it as one.

On the web, the same list is on the Health Settings page, under **Your coach** → **What your coach knows**.

## What leaves the app
When you use the coach, this profile is sent along with your message so the reply can be about you. It is not used to train anyone's models, not used to advertise to you, and not sold. If you would rather none of it left the app, don't use the coach. The trackers, charts and reports all work without it.

What your coach knows about you

The mobieusHealth coach answers in your terms rather than in general, and it can only do that because of what you told it when you set up. This page is the plain answer to a fair question: what does it actually know, where did each piece come from, and how do you change or delete any of it.

The short version

Everything your coach knows about you is something you typed or picked. Nothing is guessed, inferred from your behaviour, or written by the AI. You can read the whole list, and delete any part of it, whenever you like.

What it holds

Beyond the numbers you log day to day, your coach is given the answers from your setup interview:

  • Why you are doing this. The reason you picked, and anything you wrote in your own words. If you write your own, the coach quotes it back rather than paraphrasing it.
  • How you want to be coached. Straight with you, gently, numbers first, or encouragement first. It follows this even when it would have said things differently.
  • What tends to get in the way. Travel, shift work, stress, an injury. The coach plans around these rather than waiting for them to derail you.
  • What previous attempts taught us.

Where each answer came from

Every answer is labelled with its source and the date you gave it:

  • You told us at setup, from the interview when you started.
  • You edited it later, in Preferences or Health Settings.
  • You confirmed it in a chat with your coach, described below.

Some older answers are dated around a day rather than on it. That is deliberate. We only began recording exact dates in August 2026, so anything from before then is dated from your account record. It shows you exactly what it would save and waits. Nothing is written unless you tap to confirm, and anything saved that way is labelled as having come from a chat.

It will not record a passing mood. "This week has been rough" is not a durable fact about you, and the coach is told not to treat it as one.

Where to find it

In the mobile apps, open MorePreferencesWhat your coach knows. Every answer is listed with its source and date, and each has a Forget this button. Forgetting removes the answer and the record of when you gave it, together, and your coach stops using it from the next message onwards. You can answer again any time.

On the web, the same list is on the Health Settings page, under Your coachWhat your coach knows.

Changing an answer instead of deleting it

Deleting is not the only option. You can give a different answer, and changing one updates its date, so a fresh answer is treated as fresh.

  • iPhone: MoreHealth Settings, where "Why you're doing this", "How you want to be coached" and "What gets in the way" sit alongside the rest of your plan.
  • Android: MoreYour History, which holds the same questions.
  • Web: the Health Settings page, under Your coach.
