What
When a support agent opens a ticket, AI ranks the existing canned replies by relevance and surfaces the top 1-3. Agent clicks one to insert, then edits. Does not write new canned replies — only ranks the ones admin has already approved.

- Tenant admin sets the rate cap per feature
