A real admin-facing observability dashboard exists but is absent from mobieusKnow. Admins have no documentation explaining the metrics shown, the 24h window, or how to interpret the slow-request indicators.

AdminPerformanceController.php:22-89 renders a 'Performance Monitor' dashboard (avg response time 24h, top-10 slowest endpoints, error/slow rate, recent slow requests, hourly trend) at requireRole(4). No wiki article. Searches return nothing: `curl 'https://support.mobieus.io/know/search?q=performance'` -> (none); `q=response+time` -> only /know/mobieus-chat (unrelated); `q=monitor` -> (none); `q=slow+endpoint` -> (none).

Suggested fix. Add a short 'Performance Monitor' mobieusKnow article describing the /admin/performance dashboard: the 24h response-time stats, slowest-endpoints table, what counts as a slow request (>500ms), and the hourly trend chart.
