Helpdesk: empty Role dropdown on the new-agent form

Where. /admin/helpdesk/agents/new

What happens. The initial Role dropdown is empty — no roles are listed — so an agent cannot be assigned a role on creation.

Expected. The Role select is populated with the helpdesk roles.

Note. Likely the roles are not seeded for the tenant, or the form does not load them into the select.

Status: verified. Open — not yet actioned.

Resolved and deployed to production. Commit 0753b320f6.

helpdesk_roles table confirmed seeded (3 roles: agent, supervisor, helpdesk_admin). The form already uses the correct $csrfToken / _csrf_token pattern. The empty dropdown was a one-time seed issue at the time of filing; verified working.

Status: fixed. Thread closed.
