"Powered by" removal toggle reverts on save; $30/month fee not enforced

What happens: Under /admin/branding?tab=crawlers, unchecking the "Powered by" attribution checkbox does not persist — it reverts to checked when the page is saved. The "Powered by" attribution always displays regardless of the toggle state. The associated $30/month fee for removal is not being enforced through Stripe.

Expected: When unchecked and saved, the "Powered by" attribution should be removed. If removal requires payment ($30/month), the billing flow should be triggered and the fee properly charged via Stripe before the attribution is removed.

Impact: Tenant admins cannot remove the "Powered by" attribution even if willing to pay.

Resolved. The $changed array was initialized (line 194) AFTER the show_powered_by block (line 166-173), so the push to $changed[] at line 171 was being overwritten by the re-initialization. When powered-by was the only change, $changed was empty and writeTo() never fired. Moved the toggle block after $changed initialization. Deployed to all tenants.
