What happens: On /account/settings?tab=personal, the State/Province dropdown selector does not match the styling of other form elements on the page. Observed with "United States" selected as country.
Expected: The State/Province selector should use the same CSS classes, borders, padding, and theme-aware colors as all other form inputs on the personal settings page.
Impact: Visual inconsistency in form styling.

Resolved. Investigation showed the State/Province selector already used the correct CSS classes (form-input form-select). The visual discrepancy was caused by the color-scheme:dark inheritance on the light theme, fixed as part of the light theme audit (bug #44). Deployed to all tenants.
