[Enhancement] Daily admin activity digest (members joined, top threads, flagged, churn signals)

What: Daily email digest for admins/mods showing: new members, top threads, flagged content awaiting review, churn signals (inactive 7d/14d/30d), notable engagement. Triggered via the new automation engine so it is easy to customise per-tenant.

Who benefits: Admins (reduces mental load); helps admins act on signals before they decay.

Why: We just shipped the automation engine (thread 27). A daily admin digest is the obvious first use of it. Builds adoption of the new engine while delivering immediate operator value.

Dependencies: Depends on: Automation engine (thread 27, shipped). EmailQueue (shipped).

Recommended order: Sprint 1 (week 1-2). Quick win.

Complexity: 3 days.

Update — shipped to production. Admins and moderators can now get an optional daily digest email: new members, top threads, the moderation backlog (with a link straight to the queue), who is going quiet, and the day’s engagement. Quiet days send nothing. Turn it on under Admin → Cron jobs. Guide: Daily admin digest.
