[Enhancement] Marketplace: in-platform payment processing

Current state: The marketplace handles listings and replies but does not facilitate actual payment between buyer and seller.

Proposed improvement: Stripe Connect integration (ADR-0014 exists as a deferred design) would enable in-platform transactions with escrow, dispute resolution, and seller payouts. Makes the marketplace a real commerce surface instead of a classifieds board.
