Friends, Blocked Users, and Following should open in modal from name dropdown

Feature request: Change the Friends, Blocked Users, and Following links in the username dropdown menu so they operate from a modal window instead of navigating to separate pages.

Use case: Quick access to relationship management without losing context on the current page. Users should be able to view, search, add, and remove friends/blocks/follows without a full page navigation.

Proposed behavior: Clicking any of these items in the dropdown opens a modal with the relevant list and management controls.
