Admins have access to AI-powered tools to help run the community.
Weekly Insights
Admin → AI → Weekly Insights generates a natural-language summary of the past week: top threads, emerging topics, member growth, and moderation highlights.
Config Recommender
Admin → AI → Config Recommender analyzes your configuration and suggests tweaks to improve engagement or moderation.
Ask the Audit Log
Admin → AI → Audit QA lets you query the audit log in plain English. For example: "Show me all role changes in the last 30 days."
Q&A drawer for admins
The mobieusAI Q&A drawer answers questions for admins over your audit log, configuration, and helpdesk activity, alongside the member and moderator views.
Managing AI features
Admin → AI lists every AI feature your plan includes, grouped by where it shows up. With this many features, the panel gives you fast ways to find and manage them:
- Filter. Type in the filter box to narrow the list to features whose name, scope, or surface matches. Clear it to see everything again.
- On count. The toolbar shows how many features are on out of the total available, and each surface shows its own count. Both update as you toggle.
- Enable all / Disable all. Each surface with more than one feature has buttons to flip the whole surface at once. They act on whatever the filter is currently showing.
- Per-feature caps. Each feature has a monthly spend cap and a per-user daily limit, so one feature can never run away with your budget.
- Recommend features. If you switch on the feature advisor, a Recommend features button reads your community description and current settings and suggests which AI features to turn on or off. The suggestions are advice only — you choose and confirm.
Requirements
Admin AI tools turn on only when all of the following are true:
- Your plan is Creator Plus or Sovereign.
- The AI master switch is on at Admin → AI.
- Your own Anthropic API key (BYOK) is set.
- The matching feature is toggled on at Admin → AI.
The Admin → AI control panel (master switch, API key, model, per-feature toggles, and spend caps) is Tenant Super Admin only.
