Converting your trial and choosing a plan

Your trial gives you full access to your community for 14 days. You can choose a paid plan and convert any time during your trial, right from your admin area. No need to wait for the trial to end.

How to convert

Open your admin area and go to the Convert (or Choose a plan) screen. Pick the plan that fits, complete your billing details, and your community stays live with no interruption.

If your trial ends first

If your trial expires before you choose a plan, your community pauses for visitors and members. They cannot access the site until you pick a plan.

You keep full admin access the whole time. There is no deadline to choose, and your content, members, and settings are all saved and waiting. When you are ready, open your admin area, pick a plan, and your site reopens immediately.
