What a quick-actions ticket usually is. Nearly all of them are one of three things: a member cannot find the setting, a member expected Loopa AI Coach to be switchable, or a member on one device does not see a change they made on another. None of the three is a fault.
What the feature is
The quick button — the + that floats over every screen — fans out into thirteen one-tap actions. A member can turn off the ones they do not use.
More → Preferences → Quick Actions.
It is Premium. A free member sees the whole list with the switches locked and an upgrade offer. That is deliberate: hiding the section would hide something they can buy, and hiding the actions would suggest the button has fewer than it does.
The three common tickets
"I can't find where to change it"
More → Preferences → Quick Actions. It is its own row, above "Your coach".
If they are looking on the web: there is no FAB in a browser, so there is no setting there either. It is an app feature.
"Why can't I turn off Loopa AI Coach?"
By design, and it is not a bug to escalate. Loopa AI Coach is the one-tap route to their coach and it is there for the moments somebody would least want to go looking for it. It sits at the top of the fan with its switch locked on, and the server keeps it on regardless of what any client sends.
The row is shown rather than hidden so a member can see it is there and why it does not move.
"I turned something off on my phone and my tablet still shows it"
The choice is saved to the account, so it does reach every device — but a device that has been open in the background picks it up when the app is next brought to the foreground, not instantly. Ask them to close and reopen Loopa on the other device.
If it still disagrees after that, get both platforms and both app versions before escalating: an older Android build has no Workout action at all, so an iPhone with thirteen and an Android with twelve is an out-of-date app rather than a lost setting.
What "everything is on" looks like
A member who has never touched the screen has no stored preferences at all, and that is the normal, healthy state — not a missing record. Every action is on. The same is true after they turn everything back on: the row is removed rather than saved as all-on.
So "there's nothing saved for this member" is not evidence of a problem.
If they turn everything off
The button stays, with Loopa AI Coach in it. Loopa does not take the button away for using the setting. If a member reports the button disappearing entirely, that IS worth escalating.
What to escalate
- The button vanished, rather than shrinking to Loopa AI Coach alone.
- A switch springs back after being set, repeatedly, on a Premium account.
- A member reports Loopa AI Coach missing from the fan.
- A Premium member gets an upgrade offer on this screen.
Include the platform, the app version, and which action they were changing.
