How to change your password

Your password is part of mobieusID, the single sign-in that signs you in to every Mobieus community you belong to.

Change it while you're signed in

1. Click your name and open Settings.
2. Open the Email & Password tab.
3. Choose Change password.
4. Enter your current password, then your new password, and click Update password.

Your password is set right in your browser, so it never leaves your device in the clear. When the change goes through, every other device is signed out for safety. The device you're on stays signed in.

Because mobieusID is shared across communities, your new password works on every Mobieus community you belong to.

Forgot your password?

If you can't sign in, reset your password from the sign-in page:

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?.
2. Enter your email and submit. If an account matches, we email you a link to set a new password.
3. Open the link and choose a new password. The link works once and expires after a short time, so use it soon.

The email arrives within a minute or two. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, then request a new link.
