mobieusAI: the built-in AI helpers
mobieusAI adds an "✨ AI" button next to the fields where it actually helps — drafting, polishing, summarizing, and translating. Every helper runs on your own Anthropic key (bring-your-own-key, billed straight to your account with no markup), and every one is an independent switch in Admin → mobieusAI. Turn on the ones you want and leave the rest off, or use Turn on all AI in Admin → mobieusAI to enable the master switch and every available helper in one press. When a helper is off, its button does not appear at all.
Forums
- Thread summarizer — long threads get a "What you missed" button that condenses the conversation into a short summary with the key positions and any decisions reached.
- Category description writer — draft a one or two sentence description for a new or empty forum category from its name and the threads already in it.
- Forum rules generator — describe your community in a sentence and get a starting set of rules to edit.
- Thread excerpt, tag suggester, and SEO meta — at publish time, draft the listing excerpt, suggest tags from your existing catalog, and write a search-friendly meta description.
Profiles
- Bio writing assist — turn a sentence or two into a polished profile bio in your community's tone. The member owns the edit before publishing.
- Interest tag suggester — read a member's bio and suggest interest tags from your catalog.
Messages
- DM smart compose — suggested replies as a member types. Privacy-sensitive, so it is off by default.
- DM translation hint — translate an incoming message into the reader's language with one tap.
mobieusKnow
- Wiki outline generator — describe an article and get a heading outline to fill in, so contributing is less of a blank page.
- Suggested wiki edits — mobieusAI proposes edits to existing pages and queues them for moderator review. Nothing changes without approval.
And across the rest of your admin tools
The same switchboard at Admin → mobieusAI turns on AI helpers for moderation (auto-categorize reports, draft mod replies, suggest content rules), the admin dashboard (weekly insights, audit Q&A, config recommendations), and mobieusMarket listings. Help-desk agents get their own set of AI hooks — see the mobieusHelp guides; unlike the helpers above, the help-desk hooks are on by default once your key is in place.
How to turn them on
- Go to Admin → mobieusAI.
- Add your Anthropic API key.
- Flip on the helpers you want. Each is independent — turn any off and its button disappears for your members.

More helpers, and they now stream
AI writing help now reaches many more forms. Beyond the originals, you can draft course, event, cohort, and assessment descriptions; badge criteria; file and category descriptions; and full site pages. Moderators can expand a short note into a modmail message, and support staff can draft a macro, clarify a request, polish a reply, and translate a reply into another language. You can also pick a title from suggestions and get plausible wrong answers for a quiz question.
Drafts now stream in as they are written, so you watch the text take shape instead of waiting for the whole result. Every helper is still off by default, switched on one at a time under Admin -> mobieusAI, and a person always edits before anything is saved or sent.
