The customer support portal (/help) lets community members submit and track support tickets.
Submitting a ticket
- Click Get Help or visit
/help. - Click New Ticket.
- Fill in the subject and describe your issue.
- Select a help topic if prompted.
- Click Submit.
Tracking your tickets
Open My Tickets to see all submitted tickets, their status, and any replies.
Ticket statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Awaiting agent response |
| Pending | Awaiting your reply |
| Resolved | Closed by the support team |
Replying
Open a ticket and scroll to the reply box to add a follow-up. The support team is notified automatically.
