Getting verified
- Go to Account → Settings → Identity.
- Click Get Verified.
- Complete the identity flow: a short selfie video (at least 15 seconds) and a government-ID upload.
- Start the $5/month mobieusVerified subscription through Stripe.
- Your submission is reviewed. Approved submissions receive the badge, typically within 24 hours.
You can cancel anytime from Account → Settings → Identity; the badge stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for.
What verification proves
It confirms you are a real person. Your ID and selfie video are encrypted at rest and purged 90 days after approval. Personal documents are never shared with other members — only the checkmark and your legal name on the badge tooltip are visible publicly.
