The Loopa marketing site was renavigated on 2026-09-08. If somebody writes in saying they cannot find the download, the pricing, or how to apply as a coach, this is where each of those now lives.
Download
Get Loopa free is the purple button at the right of the bar, on every page and every screen size. It opens a small panel with two routes:
- App Store for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.
- Android beta, direct download for the signed APK, with its SHA-256 published beside it.
Loopa is not on Google Play, so there is no Play listing to send anyone to. If a member asks for one, the honest answer is that the Android build is distributed from loopahealth.app and the checksum on that page is how they verify it.
Both routes are repeated at the foot of every menu panel and in the site footer, so "I cannot find the download" now has four answers on any page they happen to be on.

On a phone or tablet
Below 1024 pixels the menu is a drawer behind Menu at the top right. The download buttons are at the top of it, followed by a search box that filters the menu as the member types. Tablets get the drawer too, not a squeezed desktop bar.
Common questions
- "Where is Support?" Learn → Support, and in the Learn column of the footer.
- "Where do I apply to coach?" For Coaches & Orgs → the Coach or trainer card → Apply to coach. Also in the footer, and at the top of the page in the Get started row.
- "Where is the Android app?" Get Loopa free → Android beta. Not on Google Play.
- "The menu will not open." Every menu item is an ordinary link, and each group heading is also a link to its overview page, so the site is fully usable with JavaScript blocked. If a member reports the panels not opening, ask whether they have script blocking on; it is not a fault to escalate.
Escalate
A page that returns 404 from a menu link is a real defect and worth raising, because tests/nav.spec.js fetches every menu link on every build. It should not be possible.
