#10 — Wiki outline generator

What

Before writing the full article, a member can describe what they want to cover and AI proposes an H2/H3 outline. Lowers the barrier to contributing to the wiki by giving members a structure to fill in.

• Available on Creator Plus and Sovereign tiers
• Off by default. Tenant admin enables it individually at /admin/ai (planned consolidated AI configuration page)
• Uses the tenant's own Anthropic API key (BYOK). Tenant owns the key, the Anthropic account, and the spend
• Estimated $/month per feature shown in the admin UI before enabling
• Tenant admin sets the rate cap per feature
