Category bans (restricting a user from a specific forum/marketplace category, and lifting those bans) is a distinct moderation admin surface that is not covered by either the Moderation or Content Moderation wiki articles. Moderators have no guide for issuing or lifting category-scoped bans.

Evidence

AdminCategoryBanController::index/show/lift `requireRole(4)`, renders admin/category-bans/index + show. Neither moderation article covers it: grep of fetched /know/content-moderation and /know/moderation bodies for `category ban|category-ban|/admin/category-bans` returns nothing. Direct probe `curl /know/category-bans` => HTTP 404; grep of /know/index for `category[ -]?ban` returns nothing.

Suggested fix. Add a Category Bans section to /know/moderation (or a dedicated /know/category-bans article) describing how to view, issue, and lift per-category bans; link from the Moderation section of /know/index.
