Feature request: Under /admin/config?tab=access, add a "Paid Access Only" checkbox for future development. When enabled, the entire tenant would require a paid subscription for access.
Note: This is a placeholder for future billing integration. The checkbox should be present but clearly marked as "coming soon" until the billing pipeline supports tenant-wide paid gating.
Proposed location: /admin/config?tab=access, new checkbox field.

Visible below the access mode radio buttons as a disabled checkbox with a Coming Soon badge. Describes the future behavior: require paid Stripe subscription for community access. Non-functional until the billing pipeline supports tenant-wide paid gating.
