Enhancement: Reorganize the controls on /forums/{slug} (forum thread list) and /thread/{slug} (thread detail). Current layout scatters related controls, buries the New Thread button below filters, duplicates unread controls, and separates sort from filter.

Forum page: New Thread button now in page header. Search integrated with sort bar. Action bar simplified to Watch + Flair + Mod Tools. Duplicate controls removed.
Thread page: Post actions reduced from 15 visible buttons to 6 primary (Upvote, React, Reply, Quote, Bookmark, Share, Report) plus a ... overflow menu for everything else (Collection, Award, Tip, Highlight, Best Answer, Pin, Edit, Delete). Consistent Font Awesome icons throughout.
