Enhancement: Redesign the forum navigation dropdown in the top navbar for better usability and visual hierarchy.

Deployed. Forum dropdown redesigned: button strip (Browse/Unread/Create), categories with icons and forum counts, Trending and Stats links at the bottom. Single-column compact layout.
