Admin: Custom Badges
Custom badges let you award members for any achievement you define.
Creating a badge
- Go to Admin → Badges.
- Click New Badge.
- Set a name, icon (an emoji or short glyph, default ⭐), description, and color (a hex value, default
#2C7CFF). - Save.
Creating, editing, and deleting badges requires the Tenant Super Admin role.
Awarding a badge
- Open Admin → Badges.
- Click Assign.
- Search for the member and confirm.
Admins can award and revoke badges.
Revoking
Find the awarded member in the badge's list and click Remove. The badge disappears from their profile immediately.
