The in-product Getting Started orientation page for new members is a user-facing help surface with no corresponding mobieusKnow article. Note the page itself exists in-platform; the gap is that the knowledge base does not index or cover it, so it is undiscoverable via wiki search.

PageController@gettingStartedHelp (platform/src/Controllers/PageController.php:135-142) serves an always-on (no feature gate) orientation page for new members at /help/getting-started, template at platform/templates/help/getting-started.php. mobieusKnow has no article: `curl https://support.mobieus.io/know/search?q=getting+started` returns the literal 'No results' flag; full /know slug list contains no 'getting-started' entry.
Suggested fix. Either add a /know/getting-started article (mirroring the in-product page content) or cross-link the existing /help/getting-started page from the mobieusKnow index so wiki search surfaces it.
