mobieusHealth: activity suggestions
Activity suggestions ("Suggest activities for me") give a member five personalized things they could do to move more today — each one two taps from logged. Members find it on the activity screen (the Coach My Movement section in the FatGuyFiles iOS app and the same helper on the web). For the tracker as a whole, see mobieusHealth.
This is a wellness tracker, not medical advice.
What a member gets
The member taps Suggest Activities and gets five ideas, ordered from the gentlest and most accessible to the most ambitious — so there's always an easy win and a gentle stretch. Each idea shows a short, concrete title, a one-line reason, a duration, and an intensity, plus a Log button that files that session in a single tap. The aim is a movement level that rises slowly over time — meeting the member where they are and nudging a little higher.
How the picks are chosen
The five ideas are grounded only in the member's own data: their health context (chronic conditions, prescription medicines, whether they're pregnant or nursing, age and sex), their current weight versus goal, their self-reported activity level, and what they've actually logged recently.
Safety comes first and overrides everything. The coach favors low-impact options and adds a caution to clear new exercise with a clinician where the member's context calls for it, avoids high-impact suggestions for the conditions that warrant it, and starts small for a member who's just getting going. It never diagnoses, never prescribes, and never sets a heart-rate target. Members set their health context in their Health settings so the suggestions take it into account.
Turning it on
Activity suggestions use mobieusAI, so the community needs mobieusAI enabled (see mobieusAI: the built-in AI helpers). mobieusHealth is a paid add-on; see mobieusHealth.
